Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Office Manager to lead our administrative support functions in Scottsdale. This critical role requires a blend of exceptional administrative skills, leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, manage office operations, and ensure a seamless, productive work environment. This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and organized environment.
  • Manage office budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies and services.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative leadership role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
