Job Description
Join the Amazon team as a Hamper Sorter during our peak period! We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to help us manage increased customer demand. This temporary role offers a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering smiles to customers worldwide. You will be responsible for sorting and organizing various items into hampers, ensuring they are accurately prepared for shipment. Weekly payouts ensure you get paid quickly for your hard work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and place items into designated hampers or containers.
- Scan products and update inventory systems as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning tasks (training provided).
