Job Description
We are seeking highly discreet and discerning individuals to join our exclusive team as Luxury Brand Secret Shoppers. In this vital role, you will anonymously evaluate the customer experience within our high-end retail environments, focusing on service quality, product presentation, associate knowledge, and overall store ambiance. This position demands a keen eye for detail, an understanding of luxury service expectations, and the ability to provide objective, comprehensive feedback. Your insights will be instrumental in ensuring Neiman Marcus continues to deliver a world-class shopping journey to every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated luxury retail locations, acting as a genuine customer.
- Observe and meticulously evaluate all aspects of the customer experience, from initial greeting to checkout and follow-up.
- Assess product knowledge, sales techniques, attentiveness, and professionalism of retail associates.
- Document store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and overall atmosphere.
- Provide detailed, objective, and timely written reports on your findings, adhering to strict guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Adhere to specific scenario instructions for each assigned shop.
