Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort and scan packages according to destination codes and delivery routes.
- Load and unload packages from vehicles and conveyor belts, ensuring secure stacking and handling.
- Operate package handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and ensure timely processing of shipments.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 pounds (32 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or physically demanding role is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in an industrial setting.
