Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our bustling Fantastic Sams team in Victorville, CA. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to an outstanding client experience. You will play a crucial role in supporting our stylists and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, with a strong focus on shampooing, conditioning, and assisting with blowouts. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and prepare them for their services.
- Perform professional shampooing, conditioning, and scalp massages for clients.
- Assist stylists with blowouts, basic styling, and other hair treatments as directed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shampoo bowls, styling stations, and overall salon.
- Restock supplies, manage laundry, and ensure towels are clean and readily available.
- Sanitize tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their comfort.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client flow as needed.
- Support senior stylists with various tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
