Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH UPS Liaison with a strong professional communication focus to join our remote team. This role is 100% remote. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all operational communications and coordination between Amazon and UPS, ensuring seamless shipping operations and resolving any related issues efficiently. You will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of service delivery and optimizing our logistics processes through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary remote liaison between Amazon and UPS for all operational inquiries and escalations.
  • Proactively monitor and track UPS shipments, identifying potential delays or issues and coordinating resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with UPS representatives to address service concerns, negotiate solutions, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional updates to internal stakeholders regarding shipment statuses and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., fulfillment, customer service, supply chain) to resolve complex shipping challenges.
  • Analyze shipping data and reports to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of communications, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in regular meetings with UPS account managers to review performance and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional correspondence.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping operations.
  • Familiarity with UPS shipping systems and processes.
  • Experience working in a remote capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
