Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Microsoft Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position focused on supporting various Microsoft initiatives, products, and services. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Microsoft ecosystems and a passion for technology. You will play a crucial role in providing support, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring seamless operations for our internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative support for Microsoft software and services.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of projects related to Microsoft technologies.
- Manage and resolve inquiries from internal teams and potentially external clients.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles for frequently asked questions and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance Microsoft product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems

- Microsoft Certified Fundamentals certification (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900)
- Experience with customer support or help desk operations
