Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Hotel Booking Bot Evaluator to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for rigorously testing and evaluating the performance of our AI-powered hotel booking bots across various platforms and scenarios. Your keen eye for detail will help us identify bugs, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring our bots provide the most accurate, user-friendly, and seamless booking experience possible for our customers. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing of AI-powered hotel booking bots, including conversational flows, search functionality, pricing accuracy, and booking completion.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and areas for improvement in bot responses and functionality.
- Provide detailed feedback on user experience, clarity of communication, and overall bot effectiveness.
- Simulate various user personas and complex booking scenarios to test bot robustness.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to report findings and suggest enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices for bot evaluation and conversational AI.
- Contribute to the development of test plans and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards in all bot interactions.
Required Skills

- Proficiency with web browsers, mobile applications, and general computer literacy.
