Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and update account information in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new products, services, and system updates through ongoing training.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products or services.
  • A GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Maths.
