Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all cash handling and transaction procedures.
- Identify customer needs and offer information on Wells Fargo products and services when appropriate.
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients.
- Assist with opening and closing branch procedures as needed.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal controls.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
