Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Fitness Data Entry – Health App Support Specialist. This is a crucial remote role focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the vast amount of fitness and nutrition data within our health application. You will be responsible for meticulous data input, validation, and providing essential support to maintain the high quality of our user experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update fitness and nutrition data into MyFitnessPal's databases.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of existing data, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Categorize and tag data points according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Provide basic support related to data queries and content accuracy for internal stakeholders.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
  • Assist with data cleanup projects and database maintenance as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in data entry workflows.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with data entry software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
