Job Description

You’ll be an integral part of our daily operations, providing essential administrative support to various departments and helping to ensure the smooth running of our office. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Perform data entry and update databases accurately and efficiently.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
