Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to their destinations following scheduled itineraries and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the assigned luxury vehicle before, during, and after each trip.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or any unforeseen issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and punctuality at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness and safety.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of local roadways and navigation systems (GPS).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in various traffic and customer situations.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine driver, chauffeur, or in luxury transportation.
- Familiarity with Pasco County and the greater Tampa Bay area.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
