Job Description
Are you a passionate and skilled beauty professional looking for a flexible and rewarding role with travel included? Secret Spa is seeking a dedicated Mobile Beauty Assistant to join our growing team in Chesterfield and the wider Derbyshire area. In this dynamic role, you will provide a range of high-quality beauty treatments to our diverse clientele at their preferred locations. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations across Chesterfield and Derbyshire to deliver scheduled beauty treatments.
- Perform a variety of beauty services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, and lash/brow treatments, adhering to Secret Spa's high standards.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, sterilized, and maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and maintain timely communication with clients and the Secret Spa team.
- Process payments and manage booking details through the Secret Spa app.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Secret Spa brand with excellence.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and participate in ongoing training.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Proven experience performing a wide range of beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- A strong passion for the beauty industry and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional qualifications or certifications in advanced beauty treatments (e.g., gel nails, advanced facials, massage).
- Experience with app-based booking systems.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Existing client base within the Derbyshire area.
