Job Description

Join XPO Logistics as a Regional Truck Driver based out of our Philadelphia hub. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced CDL A drivers looking for consistent routes and reliable home time. Our regional positions ensure you are home every weekend, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial motor vehicles (Class A) safely and efficiently on regional routes.
  • Transport freight between distribution centers and customer locations.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and DOT regulations.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs and submit all required paperwork.
  • Ensure timely and secure delivery of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members.
  • Represent XPO Logistics professionally at all times.

Required Skills

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
  • Minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Clean driving record (MVR)
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading and vehicle inspections

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • Tanker endorsement
  • Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs)
