Job Description
Join Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Rental Fleet Detailer and become a vital part of our team in Milton, Ontario. This full-time position offers stable Monday to Friday office hours, providing a consistent schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring our rental fleet is meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for our customers, upholding Enterprise’s high standards of vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and appeal of our vehicles, directly impacting our customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of rental vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Sanitize all vehicle surfaces according to company health and safety protocols.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage, reporting findings to management promptly.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the detailing bay and equipment.
- Manage detailing supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Relocate vehicles within the branch premises as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid G Class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing, car wash, or automotive maintenance.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
