Job Description

As an Apple Operations Expert with a focus on Inventory & Logistics, you will be the backbone of our retail store’s product availability and efficiency. This critical role ensures that products are precisely where they need to be, when they need to be there, supporting our sales and service teams and ultimately delighting our customers. You will manage the entire product lifecycle within the store, from receiving and stocking to transfers and returns, maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy and adherence to Apple’s global operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels through diligent receiving, stocking, and transfer processes.
• Execute regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Implement and uphold all Apple operational policies and procedures related to product handling, storage, and security.
• Support sales and service teams by ensuring timely product availability and efficient back-of-house operations.
• Utilize Apple's inventory management systems to track and report on product movement and performance.
• Oversee the proper organization and maintenance of the stockroom, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize logistics workflows and improve operational efficiency within the store.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, returns, and inter-store transfers accurately and punctually.
• Identify and report any product damage, loss, or security concerns promptly.

Required Skills

• Proven experience (2+ years) in inventory management, logistics, or a similar operational role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to inventory and operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience with Apple products and a strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem.
• Familiarity with lean principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior team members in operational processes.
