Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and discreet Spa Receptionist to join our night team. This unique opportunity is for an individual who thrives in a calm, quiet environment and is committed to delivering premium service during the quieter hours. You will be the welcoming face and efficient organizer for our spa guests during the night, ensuring their experience is seamless and serene from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities
- Manage spa reception duties during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and booking modifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Process payments accurately and handle end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa reception area.
- Assist with preparing the spa for the following day's operations, including light administrative tasks.
- Monitor spa facilities during night hours, ensuring security and guest comfort.
- Handle spa phone calls and email correspondence, providing information on treatments and services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality or spa environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and booking software.
- Discreet and respectful approach to guest privacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Night Receptionist or in a similar overnight role.
- Familiarity with spa management software (e.g., Mindbody, Premier Software).
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness practices.
- First Aid certification.
