Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Online Executive with a strong focus on Sales and Support to join our FedEx Ground team in Mesa, Arizona. This role is crucial for driving our online sales initiatives and ensuring an exceptional support experience for our digital customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our online customer base, optimize digital sales funnels, and manage online support channels. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align online efforts with overall business objectives and enhance our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive online sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for FedEx Ground services.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of all digital sales platforms, including e-commerce sites and online booking tools.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the online customer support experience, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
  • Analyze online sales and support performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive online traffic and conversions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to online sales and support teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in online sales, digital customer service, and e-commerce technologies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on online performance to senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners crucial for online operations.
