Job Description
Are you passionate about sports, video games, and ensuring top-notch quality? You will play a crucial role in identifying and reporting bugs, ensuring our games meet the highest standards of playability and performance before they reach our global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and test cases across various EA Sports titles and platforms.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using our internal bug tracking system.
- Provide clear, concise, and detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure the stability and functionality of game features.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and production teams to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and team discussions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EA Sports game features and industry trends.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated passion for video games, especially sports titles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office software.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience playing various EA Sports titles (e.g., FIFA, Madden NFL, NHL).
- Familiarity with different gaming platforms (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch).
