Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and set-up.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc requests as needed.
