Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Amazon as a Warehouse Inventory Associate, specializing in high accuracy inventory management. This role is critical to maintaining precise stock levels, ensuring product availability, and supporting our global fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to inventory control, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching items, all while adhering to strict quality and accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily inventory checks and audits with a focus on accuracy.
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming products and materials, verifying counts against packing lists.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, optimizing space utilization.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring correct item identification and quantity.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues in inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and inventory systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics role.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (WMS).
  • Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklift, reach truck) with certification.
