Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apple Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Support team in St. Louis, MO. This role is crucial for managing projects related to the deployment, support, and optimization of Apple technologies across our enterprise. You will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Apple-centric initiatives, from new device rollouts to software updates and infrastructure enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Apple products within a corporate environment. This position offers Work From Home (WFH) options, allowing for a hybrid work model that balances on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities to ensure timely completion of Apple technology initiatives.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables across various internal teams and external vendors.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including IT, business units, and leadership.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Support the procurement and deployment of Apple hardware and software.
- Assist in user training and adoption strategies for new Apple technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Proven familiarity with Apple hardware (Mac, iPhone, iPad) and macOS/iOS environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Experience with enterprise-level Apple deployments (e.g., Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager).
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
