Job Description
Are you a movie enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? AMC Theatres is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Cinema Secret Shoppers. This unique role allows you to watch the latest films for free while providing valuable feedback on our cinema operations, customer service, and overall guest experience. Your observations will directly contribute to maintaining and improving the high standards our patrons expect from AMC Theatres. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love for cinema with a critical eye, helping us deliver the best possible movie-going experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend movie screenings at designated AMC Theatres locations.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the cinema experience, including cleanliness, staff friendliness and efficiency, concession quality, and movie presentation (picture and sound quality).
- Interact with staff in various scenarios to assess service quality.
- Complete detailed and objective reports online after each visit, providing constructive feedback and specific examples.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for report submission.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Represent AMC Theatres' commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for comprehensive report writing.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines.
- Reliable access to transportation to various cinema locations.
- Access to a computer and internet for report submission.
- A passion for movies and the cinema experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in mystery shopping or quality assurance roles.
