Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Partner to join our dynamic team in Tacoma. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team or department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Google's brand guidelines.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new team members by preparing workstations, access, and introductory materials.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate internal events, team gatherings, and off-sites, including venue booking, catering, and logistics.
- Process expense reports and manage petty cash in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations and cross-functional support.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in an office environment or customer service role (internships count!)
- Familiarity with office management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
