Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Integrity Specialist to join our AI Precision team in Pasco, Washington. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used to train and validate our advanced AI models. Your work will directly impact the performance and ethical deployment of our AI solutions, making this an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data quality and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough data audits and validations to identify and rectify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and incompleteness within large datasets.
  • Implement and maintain data quality standards, protocols, and best practices for AI model training data.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand data requirements and ensure data readiness for model development.
  • Develop and utilize automated tools and scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Monitor data pipelines and proactively address any data integrity issues or anomalies.
  • Document data sources, data flow, and data quality metrics, providing clear reports on data health.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance and management strategies.
  • Perform root cause analysis for data quality issues and propose sustainable solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
