Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Headlight Polisher to join our dynamic team in Bristol. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for travelling to customer locations to restore and polish vehicle headlights, ensuring optimal visibility and safety for our clients. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality results. Your work directly contributes to enhancing road safety by providing clear, effective lighting for all our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various customer locations within the Bristol area to perform headlight restoration services.
- Assess headlight condition and determine the appropriate polishing techniques and products.
- Execute professional headlight polishing, cleaning, and UV coating applications to restore clarity.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining the service process and benefits.
- Manage a mobile workstation, including tools, equipment, and inventory of materials.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Maintain accurate service records and process payments using mobile systems.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations during service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and upsell additional relevant services when appropriate.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with a clean record.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of automotive care and maintenance.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as kneeling, bending, and lifting equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, valeting, or a similar hands-on service role.
- Familiarity with various headlight restoration techniques and products.
- Customer service or sales experience in a mobile service environment.
- Certification in automotive detailing or related fields.
