Job Description
Join our compassionate team as a Part-time In-Home Respite Caregiver! We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, offering much-needed relief to primary caregivers. This role focuses on weekend shifts, providing you with a flexible roster that fits your lifestyle. As a Respite Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, engage them in meaningful activities, and ensure their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and attentive personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, as needed.
- Engage clients in stimulating and enjoyable activities, such as conversations, games, light exercise, or reading.
- Assist with light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and comforting atmosphere.
- Adhere strictly to care plans and all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of services provided and client observations.

Preferred Qualifications
