Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and training.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and general household tasks.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities.
- Manage accurate record-keeping and report any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care setting (e.g., home care, residential care, nursing home)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
