Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Office Support professional to join our team, specializing in high accuracy records management. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of vital information within our healthcare system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all data, both physical and digital, is accurately entered, organized, and maintained, directly supporting operational efficiency and patient care quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into various electronic and physical record-keeping systems.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital patient and operational records according to established protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve documents efficiently, ensuring compliance with privacy and security policies.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation, as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless information flow and record availability.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record management principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as an integral part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Experience with data quality assurance processes and continuous improvement.
