Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Luxury Armored Car Driver with a keen focus on high security to join our elite team in Oxapampa, Pasco. This pivotal role involves the secure transportation of high-value assets, luxury goods, and sensitive materials for discerning clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional defensive driving skills, an unwavering commitment to safety and security protocols, and a professional demeanor suitable for high-profile operations. You will be responsible for operating specialized armored vehicles, conducting thorough security checks, and ensuring the timely and secure delivery of valuable cargo while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate armored vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company security protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring all security features and operational systems are functional.
• Execute assigned routes with precision, maintaining strict schedules for pickups and deliveries.
• Implement advanced defensive driving techniques to mitigate risks and respond to potential threats.
• Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness during transportation, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities.
• Strictly follow all security procedures for loading, unloading, and transferring high-value assets.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, security teams, and clients as required, providing clear and concise updates.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and client privacy.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to security, driving, and emergency response.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of professional armored vehicle driving experience or equivalent high-security transport.
• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in defensive driving and evasive maneuvers.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ability to operate advanced security equipment and communication systems.
• Physical fitness to handle demanding situations and lift/move heavy items as required.
• Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in VIP protection, military, or law enforcement with a focus on secure transport.
• Certification in advanced security driving or executive protection.
• Firearm proficiency and relevant licenses (if required by local regulations).
• Knowledge of local geography and secure routes in the Pasco region.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus.
