Job Description
Falabella Perú S.A.A. is seeking a dedicated and reliable General Laborer for General Warehouse Maintenance at our facility in Yanacancha, Pasco. This entry-level position is crucial for ensuring a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, directly contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of performing various physical tasks to support our maintenance and operational teams. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Assist with the organization and proper storage of materials and equipment.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks as instructed, such as painting, patching, and light plumbing.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Support the loading and unloading of goods as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with more complex repairs and projects.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools.
