Job Description
As a Junior Product Manager focused on AI/SaaS, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our next-generation healthcare technology products. This entry-level position is perfect for an ambitious individual eager to learn the ropes of product management within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will support senior product managers in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, specifically focusing on artificial intelligence and software-as-a-service offerings. Your contributions will help translate complex user needs and market opportunities into actionable product requirements, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, feature specifications, and user stories for AI-powered SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, providing input and understanding of development progress and priorities.
- Help define and track key product metrics, reporting on performance and identifying areas for optimization.
- Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and product launches, ensuring a smooth delivery of new features.
- Learn and apply best practices in product management, particularly within the AI and SaaS domains.
- Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate product plans, updates, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, preferably Agile methodologies.
- Basic understanding of AI/Machine Learning concepts and their application in software products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in product management, business analysis, or software development.
- Exposure to SaaS product development or healthcare technology.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Product Owner).
- Demonstrated interest in AI and its potential to solve real-world problems.
