Job Description

Teleperformance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant with a strong focus on online recruitment. This is a crucial role supporting our remote talent acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will be instrumental in managing online applicant tracking systems, coordinating interviews, and contributing to various HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update candidate profiles within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews, including sending invitations and reminders.
  • Post job openings on various online job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial resume screening for basic qualifications and formatting.
  • Assist with onboarding preparations for new remote hires.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries via email, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, focusing on recruitment data.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a remote HR or recruitment support role.
  • Familiarity with online recruitment strategies, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
