Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Room Service Porter to join our dedicated team at Hilton London Canary Wharf. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
- Set up trays and tables according to hotel standards before delivery.

- Clear used trays and dishes from guest rooms and corridors in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service pantry and equipment.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met during handling and delivery.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of room service supplies.
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any requests or concerns with professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
