Job Description
Join Boots UK as an Online Chat Agent, focusing on providing exceptional customer support for our retail and beauty products without the use of phones. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our online customers, assisting them with product inquiries, order status, website navigation, and general support through live chat and messaging platforms. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our online customer experience, ensuring timely and accurate responses while upholding Boots’ high standards of service. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat and messaging platforms to provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
