Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pinterest Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing specifically on supporting our real estate agents. This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and social media, with a strong emphasis on Pinterest strategies. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute Pinterest campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement for our realtors. This role offers significant commission potential based on your success in generating measurable results for our agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies tailored for individual real estate agents.
- Create visually appealing and highly engaging Pinterest pins, including static images, videos, and carousels, optimized for various real estate niches (e.g., luxury homes, first-time buyers, investment properties).
- Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize pin descriptions, titles, and boards for maximum search visibility on Pinterest.
- Manage and grow Pinterest accounts, including scheduling pins, engaging with followers, and participating in relevant group boards.
- Analyze Pinterest analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate directly with real estate agents to understand their specific marketing goals, target audience, and property listings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.
- Educate agents on the value and potential of Pinterest marketing and report on campaign success.
- Generate qualified leads and referrals for real estate agents through effective Pinterest strategies, directly contributing to their business growth and your commission earnings.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in managing Pinterest accounts for business, preferably in a lead generation capacity.
