Job Description

In this part-time role, you will provide essential administrative assistance, helping our small business clients navigate their financial needs and ensuring the smooth operation of our support functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to small business clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of various documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for small business advisors.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate resources or personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and databases.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives designed to connect with and assist small business owners.
  • Conduct basic research to support business development and client solutions.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed by the small business support team.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
