Job Description
Are you passionate about movies and have a keen eye for detail? AMC Theatres is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cinema Secret Shoppers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This unique part-time opportunity allows you to enjoy the latest films for free while providing valuable feedback on our cinema operations. As a Secret Shopper, you will visit designated AMC theatre locations, observe the customer experience from various perspectives, and provide a detailed report on specific aspects of your visit. This role is crucial for helping us maintain and enhance the high standards of service and presentation our guests expect. It’s the perfect gig for movie lovers looking for flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend movie screenings at assigned AMC Theatre locations, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- Evaluate various aspects of the cinema experience, such as cleanliness, staff friendliness, ticket purchasing process, concession stand service, and overall movie presentation (sound and picture quality).
- Discreetly observe and document your experience without revealing your identity as a secret shopper.
- Complete detailed online reports accurately and submit them within 24-48 hours of your visit.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each specific assignment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all observations and assignments.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback to help improve the guest experience.
