Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented WFH Data Entry Associate to join our remote team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and contributing to the smooth operation of our business processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, possess excellent typing skills, and thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from various sources into designated systems and databases.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and GDPR/HIPAA regulations.
  • Organize and store electronic files and documents systematically.
  • Generate reports and perform basic data analysis upon request.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or issues.
  • Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily data entry targets and deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or specific database management systems.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment.
