Job Description
We are seeking a discerning and detail-oriented Cocktail Lounge Evaluator to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This unique role involves discreetly visiting our various cocktail lounges and bars to provide comprehensive feedback on the overall guest experience. Your evaluations will focus on assessing the social environment, drink quality, service standards, ambiance, and identifying ‘top tips’ for enhancing our offerings and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide constructive, actionable insights that will directly impact our guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit designated cocktail lounges and bars within the Tulsa area at varying times.
- Objectively evaluate all aspects of the guest experience, including beverage quality, preparation, presentation, service efficiency, staff attentiveness, and overall atmosphere.
- Assess the social environment, identifying strengths and areas for improvement related to guest interaction, music, lighting, and general comfort.
- Identify and document 'top tips' – specific actionable recommendations for improving service, product, and guest engagement.
- Provide detailed, structured, and unbiased written reports for each evaluation within a specified timeframe.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding evaluation assignments, findings, and proprietary information.
- Collaborate with management to understand specific focus areas and contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Stay informed about current trends in mixology, bar operations, and the local hospitality scene.
