Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Food Production Operatives to join our busy team in Plymouth. As a Food Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided, and all essential hygiene gear will be supplied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all training guidelines.
  • Monitor product quality at various stages of production, identifying and reporting any deviations.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with packing, labelling, and preparing food products for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including cleaning equipment and production lines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
