Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic EA Sports Data Entry Specialist with a keen focus on sports statistics to join our team in Missoula, Montana. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sports data used in EA Sports products. You will collect, verify, and input complex statistical information across various sports, contributing directly to the authenticity and realism of popular sports titles. This position requires a strong eye for detail, a passion for sports, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain a high volume of sports statistics and player data into proprietary systems.
- Verify data against multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in data records promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with data analysts and quality assurance teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Stay updated on sports rules, team rosters, and statistical categories across various leagues and sports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry processes and tools.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (minimum 1 year).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management software.
- Strong passion for and knowledge of various sports (e.g., football, basketball, soccer).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Sports Management, Statistics).
- Experience with sports statistics databases or fantasy sports platforms.
