Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Content Quality Evaluator to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating movie and TV show content from leading streaming platforms like Netflix, ensuring it meets specific quality standards, content guidelines, and audience appropriateness. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of movie and TV show content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to predefined quality standards and content guidelines.
- Identify and document any discrepancies, errors, or issues within the content, including visual, audio, and metadata aspects.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback on content quality to relevant teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of evolving content guidelines and policies.
- Meet daily and weekly content review quotas while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent quality evaluation practices.
- Utilize internal tools and systems for tracking and reporting content evaluation results.
