Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute merchandising plans and directives at assigned Canadian Tire stores.
  • Ensure products are correctly stocked, faced, and priced according to planograms.
  • Maintain clean and organized product displays, shelves, and aisles.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to store management.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage for new product launches or sales events.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and store conditions to your supervisor.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store staff.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Accurately track and report travel expenses and hours worked.

Required Skills

  • Ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations within the Quebec City area.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
  • Basic computer proficiency for reporting and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail environment (e.g., sales associate, stock clerk).
  • Familiarity with merchandising principles or visual display techniques.
