Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Child Protection Practitioners and teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of case files, reports, and other essential documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage and organise appointments, meetings, and training sessions for the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal systems.
  • Support the coordination of services and resources for children and families under guidance.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Undertake ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in child protection.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A high degree of empathy, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
