Job Description
Join IBM as a Creative Coherence Analyst in AI Quality Control. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of logical flow, contextual relevance, and creative quality for our advanced AI systems. You will analyze and evaluate AI-generated content, identifying areas for improvement and working closely with development teams to refine AI outputs. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for shaping the future of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough qualitative analysis of AI-generated content, focusing on coherence, logical consistency, and creative integrity.
- Develop and implement detailed quality control metrics and evaluation protocols for AI models.
- Provide actionable feedback to AI development teams to enhance model performance and output quality.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI quality standards and benchmarks.
- Monitor AI system performance and identify trends or recurring issues in content generation.
- Participate in the design and refinement of AI training datasets to improve contextual understanding and creativity.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning to inform quality control strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in content generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
