Key Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with preparing clients for services, including shampooing, conditioning, and detangling hair.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment, including sweeping hair, cleaning stations, and sanitizing tools.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure supplies are readily available for stylists.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide excellent customer service.
- Learn and practice various styling techniques under the guidance of a mentor.
- Support salon promotions and client engagement activities.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure all salon safety and hygiene standards are met.
