Job Description
Join Accenture as an Online Content Reviewer, a pivotal role focused on ensuring the integrity and quality of content within the Google Ecosystem. This is a secure, 100% remote work-from-home position based in the Stoke-on-Trent area, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while contributing to a global team. You will be responsible for critically evaluating user-generated content, verifying its compliance with strict content policies, and making accurate judgments to maintain a safe and positive online environment. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to upholding content standards will directly impact millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze user-generated content across various platforms within the Google Ecosystem to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policy standards.
- Apply complex content policies accurately and consistently to identify and take appropriate action on violating content.
- Categorize and flag content requiring further investigation or escalation to specialized teams.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in reviewing large volumes of content daily.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve policy guidelines and review processes.
- Stay informed about policy updates, new content trends, and emerging online risks.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and maintain service level agreements.
