Job Description
ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented End of Tenancy Deep Cleaner to join our growing team in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is crucial in ensuring properties are immaculately clean and ready for new tenants, contributing significantly to our reputation for excellence. We provide a company van equipped with all necessary supplies, allowing you to efficiently travel between job sites. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential properties at the end of a tenancy, ensuring all areas meet company standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas, including appliances, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and perform interior window cleaning.
- Remove all trash and debris from properties.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage discovered during the cleaning process.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment provided in the company van, ensuring they are maintained and replenished.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and clients regarding job status and any special requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing ServiceMaster Clean.
